This class is led by professional ONE FC Middleweight fighter Isi Fitikefu, and is perfect for beginners with little to no experience. Participants will develop a foundation in Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing, learning how to effectively combine these disciplines into a cohesive mixed martial arts skills set.
